Stackable Horizontal Lagering Tanks

Used to clarify and condition beer (lagering). Their stackable-horizontal design helps to minimise brewery footprint used and to maximize the surface area of yeast to wort.

• Choice of SS304 / SS316
• 2mm external layer and jacket
• 3mm inner layer, dish head and dish bottom
• Insulation thickness: 50mm (PU)
• Glycol cooling jacket on plate and side of tank
• Leakage tested by pressured gas/water for tank and jacket
• Pressure rating: inner vessel: 3bar; jacket: 6bar
• Exterior #4 surface outer cladding; mirror polish
• Interior finish pickled and passivated
• Leakage test by pressured gas/water for tanks and jackets
• Approx 10% head space
