200l to 100hL tanks fabricated from the highest grade stainless-steel and passivated 100% TIG welding for finished beer or cider storage for canning, bottling, kegging and/or as a serving vessel, allowing unpackaged product to be poured directly from tank.

  • Choice of SS304 / SS316
  • 2mm external layer and jacket
  • 3mm inner layer, dish head and dish bottom
  • Insulation thickness: 50mm (PU)
  • Glycol cooling jacket on bottom and side of tank
  • Pressure rating: inner vessel: 3bar; jacket: 6bar
  • Leakage test by pressured gas/water for tanks and jackets
  • Exterior #4 surface outer cladding; mirror polish
  • Interior finish pickled and passivated
  • Approx 15% head space
